Femi is the founder of Brickstone and has practical experience in advising companies and governments on private investments in energy , real estate and infrastructure, including structuring and executing project/structured financings and M&A transactions. He leads Brickstone’s Origination & Commercial advisory team in Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate where his key activities include;
Establishing relationships with clients through Origination initiatives with the aim of identifying business and partnership opportunities especially in energy and infrastructure sector;
Developing PPP feasibility studies, specifically the financial models thereof, to test affordability, value-for-money and appropriate risk allocation for governments.
Developing financial models and valuations for various companies towards coordinating potential investments and re-financing for energy and infrastructure based transactions;
Assisting and supporting institutions to draft Terms of Reference for PPP procurement
Providing strategic input on policy guidance on infrastructure, construction procurement and policy.
Femi he was an investment banking professional with Vetiva Capital Management Limited where he lead teams on several M&A transactions, capital raisings programmes as well as structured/project financings of over $500 million.
Prior to joining Vetiva Capital Management Limited, he was at the ARM Investment Mangers and was part of the private equity real estate team and he assessed potential real estate investment opportunities, prepared detailed financial models and valuations and oversaw property development, construction management, coordinated marketing, contract negotiations and closings for a real estate developments;
Key projects included acquisitions of medium–upper income residential and commercial properties in the Lagos and Abuja, equity placement and advisory services for the raising of a $90 million private equity real estate fund that invests in real estate projects in West Africa, the US$ 350 million Toll Road Project in Lekki, Lagos.

Sean is a Senior Advisor to Brickstone. He is a planner and land economist responsible for managing town planning, feasibility, economic, and development studies for a wide range of projects throughout Canada, and internationally.
Sean has acted as project Manager for large-scale international master plan projects with expertise in Real Estate Economics, identifying infrastructure funding requirements and alternative funding models PPP for implementation .
Recent large-scale projects that he has managed include: financial and implementation analyses for two master plans in Kuwait; a demographic and market analysis for an urban shopping centre in Toronto, Canada; and, the development of a residential community close to Toronto, Canada.

Victor is an Associate Consultant with Brickstone and has over 14 years experience in cost management, cost control and project management which experience extends from the preparation of development appraisals at inception/site acquisition stage through to a full range of pre and post contract surveying services .Victor has worked with Italian construction giants G. Cappa Nig Plc, Omoniyi Ayeni & Partner , Costec and SAS Consultants Ltd
In 1995 he joined Omoniyi Ayeni & Partner , Quantity Surveyors and construction cost consultants, a firm with specialization in Quantity Surveying and Project Management where he was responsible for producing Bills of Quantities for design schemes and other construction documents.
In 1999, he joined Costec Consultants a fully computerized practice that specializes in large scale residential developments including luxury homes, multi-family units, ultra modern retirement Communities and plush office projects.
He later joined the Italian construction giants G. Cappa Nig Plc, where he was responsible for the execution of all renovation and repair works on house maintenance contracts.
In October 2001, he joined Grinaker – LTA a South African construction firm. As Senior Quantity Surveyor and a team leader, he was responsible for the management of a 4 – man site with complete project responsibility from site handover to completion of construction.
Also a member of a 3–man management team responsible for daily management of more than 250 operatives and technical staff on site. He had a stint at Roycco Nig. Ltd. in 2005 but later joined SAS Consultants Ltd in the same year as Quantity Surveyor/Project Coordinator.
He was responsible for Formulation and Implementation of construction processes that would satisfy the client’s need while achieving targets set. In January 2009, He joined Servetek Construction Company limited.

Julius Oyewole is an Associate Consultant with Brickstone and has over 15 years experience in efficient and cost-effective structural, civil and general building engineering design as well as project management solutions that extends from the preparation of design appraisals at inception/site acquisition stage through to a full range of pre and post contract structural engineering services for various project sizes from domestic to commercial.
Julius skill in design engineering spans steel frames, reinforced concrete, timber frames, load-bearing masonry and aluminium structures, providing viable sustainable solutions for future generations. He has also provided infrastructure design and supervision services for roads, sewer and storm water projects
Julius started his career in Lanre Oyenekan & Associates as a Structural Engineer where he was involved in the design of all structural elements and preparation of working drawings in both steel and concrete structures and also designed before moving to Sparklight Estate as a Project Engineer.
He later joined Design Union Consulting as a project manager where he was involved in the design of an office block for Omoku Gas Company, structural design of a twin twenty-two storey Trans Amadi Towers, Port- Harcourt, as well as a twenty storey head office building for Rockson Engineering Building amongst others.
