• Other projects involved in include Protea Leadway Hotel, Maryland, Lagos; GTBank branches at Ketu and Mobolaji Bank-Anthony way, Ikeja; Nandos outlets at Ajose Adeogun street Victoria Island and Bode Thomas street, Surulere and Oceanic Bank, Festac Town.
  
  
• At SAS Consultants he took charge of the design and development management of the Corporate Head Office for Toyota Nigeria Ltd, Lekki, Lagos and the design and construction management of the Corporate Head Office for Anadarko JDZ Block 3 Ltd. at Mekunwen road, Ikoyi, Lagos; Office complex for Elizade Nigeria Ltd., Cadastral Zone AO, Central Area, Abuja; the Corporate Head office for Africa Finance Corporation, Ikoyi, Lagos; and the renovation of the Corporate Head Office, First Bank Nigeria Plc. Lagos
  
  
• ‘Rotimi joined O+O Design Services, Ikoyi in 2007 as the Senior Architect for the Lagos Team. His responsibilities included managing the staff as well as performing his core duties as an architect. The projects he worked on include the planning of LAAGO Island for the Ogun state government; planning of a mixed development island in the Ladol Free Trade Zone,Badagry Creek, for Ladol; Training centre for Creek Training Centre, Bayelsa state.
  
  
• Rotimi has an OND Architecture from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos as well as a B.Tech Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Minna and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects.

Victor Opara - Associate Partner

• Over 14 years experience in cost management, cost control and project management which experience extends from the preparation of development appraisals at inception/site acquisition stage through to a full range of pre and post contract surveying services .
  
  
• Victor has worked with Italian construction giants G. Cappa Nig Plc, Omoniyi Ayeni & Partner , Costec and SAS Consultants Ltd
  
  
• In 1995 he joined Omoniyi Ayeni & Partner , Quantity Surveyors and construction cost consultants, a firm with specialization in Quantity Surveying and Project Management where he was responsible for producing Bills of Quantities for design schemes and other construction documents. 
  
  
• In 1999, he joined Costec Consultants a fully computerized practice that specializes in large scale residential developments including luxury homes, multi-family units, ultra modern retirement Communities and plush office projects. He later joined the Italian construction giants G. Cappa Nig Plc, where he was responsible for the execution of all renovation and repair works on house maintenance contracts. 
  
  
• In October 2001, he joined Grinaker – LTA a South African construction firm.  As Senior Quantity Surveyor and a team leader, he was responsible for the management of a 4 – man site with complete project responsibility from site handover to completion of construction.  Also a member of a 3–man management team responsible for daily management of more than 250 operatives and technical staff on site.
  
  
• He had a stint at Roycco Nig. Ltd. in 2005 but later joined SAS Consultants Ltd in the same year as Quantity Surveyor/Project Coordinator. He was responsible for Formulation and Implementation of construction processes that would satisfy the client’s need while achieving targets set. In January 2009, He joined Servetek Construction Company limited. He is currently developing an estimating department.
  
• Victor  leads the Building Services Team at Brickstone Partners and  holds an HND in Quantity Surveying from the YABA College of Technology.  He is a corporate member of both the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying and Nigerian Institute of Management.

Julius Oyewole - Associate Partner

• Over 14 years experience in efficient and cost-effective structural, civil and general building engineering design as well as project management solutions that extends from the preparation of design appraisals at inception/site acquisition stage through to a full range of pre and post contract structural engineering services for various project sizes from domestic to commercial.
  
  
• Julius skill in design engineering spans steel frames, reinforced concrete, timber frames, load-bearing masonry and aluminium structures, providing viable sustainable solutions for future generations. He has also provided infrastructure design and supervision services for roads, sewer and storm water projects
  
  
• Julius started his career in Lanre Oyenekan & Associates as a Structural Engineer where he was involved in the design of all structural elements and preparation of working drawings in both steel and concrete structures and also designed  before moving to Sparklight Estate as a Project Engineer.
  
  
• He later joined Design Union Consulting as a project manager where he was involved in the design of an office block for Omoku Gas Company, structural design of a twin twenty-two storey Trans Amadi Towers, Port- Harcourt, as well as a twenty storey head office building for Rockson Engineering Building amongst others.
  
  
• Julius  leads the Building Engineering Team at Brickstone Partners and  holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from University of Benin and also an M.Sc in Structural Engineering from the University of Lagos.  He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN  and Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineers.

Abiola Awofala – Director, Business Development

• Over 5 years experience in human resource development , business development and  real estate advisory  with People Temp Limited and Seedworks Limited
  
  
• At People Temp Abiola was responsible for the Management and facilitation of orientation and personal development for job seekers/consultants/temps which continuously improved the quality of temps supplied

• She joined Seedworks  Limited in 2008 where she was responsible corporate development and real estate advisory services where she provided business model development, extensive financial structuring, and negotiation of valuation and transaction structures among parties for various sale and lease transactions
  
  
• Abiola has a B.Sc in Geology and  presently studying for an M.Sc in Human Resource Management/Development  at University of Manchester , United Kingdom.
